1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the li44 website accessible at https://li44.io, including all sub-pages, games, betting markets, account management tools, and any related mobile interfaces.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has successfully registered an account on the Platform and who accesses li44 services.
• "Account" means the individual user account created upon successful completion of the li44 registration process.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by li44 subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on any betting market, casino game, crash game, or other gaming product offered through the Platform.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the exclusive transaction currency of the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process applied to all li44 accounts.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is specifically prohibited by applicable local law and from which access to the Platform is restricted.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified software system used to determine the outcome of all casino and slot games on the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Access to li44 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. It is a serious breach of this Agreement to provide false information regarding your date of birth. li44 performs age verification checks on all accounts and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all funds associated with that account will be held pending the outcome of an investigation, which may result in full forfeiture.

2.2 Registration Requirements

To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number or email address. You are solely responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. li44 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual person is entitled to hold one and only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is a material breach of this Agreement. Upon detection, all associated accounts will be suspended, pending balances will be reviewed, and any bonus funds will be forfeited in full. li44 uses technical fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate registrations.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

li44 targets the Bangladesh market and accepts registrations from players resident in Bangladesh. Players located in jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law are not eligible to register. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. li44 makes no representation that access to the Platform is legal in all territories.

3 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. li44 strongly recommends that you use a unique, strong password for your Account and enable any two-factor authentication options made available on the Platform. li44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

li44 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement. Withdrawal of funds may be withheld pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension. All documents submitted are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3.3 Account Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). li44 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any transaction initiated in a foreign currency will be declined.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. li44 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to inactive accounts, deducted from the remaining balance. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. If the Account balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate their Account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

li44 currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. Players are advised to check the Cashier section of their Account for the current list of active payment options.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction within the Account Cashier. li44 reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the Player's Account balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds. Deposits via bank transfer may take one to two business days to reflect in the Account balance. li44 does not charge any fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which li44 bears no responsibility.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being complete on the Account. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit into the same Account, or to a bank account registered in the same name as the li44 Account. li44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

li44 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of any illegal activities. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawal and to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities where required. Players must not use the Platform for the purpose of transferring, concealing, or converting the proceeds of any unlawful activity. Any Account suspected of being used for money laundering will be immediately suspended pending investigation, and relevant disclosures will be made to appropriate authorities.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the li44 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or market in question. li44 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already commenced (unless in-play betting is specifically offered for that market), where the odds were erroneously published, or where there is evidence of irregular activity.

5.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in published odds, premature or incorrect settlement, events that are cancelled or abandoned without a result, technical failures affecting the integrity of a betting market, or confirmed match-fixing investigations. Void bets result in the return of the original stake to the Player's Account balance.

5.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. Odds on in-play markets change continuously and reflect real-time event developments. li44 does not guarantee the availability of any specific in-play market. Connection delays between the Player's device and the Platform may result in a bet being declined if the event state has changed between the time of bet placement request and confirmation. li44's recorded data shall be the definitive reference for all in-play settlement decisions.

5.4 Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on li44 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international test matches, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures. For match-winner markets, if a match is tied and there is no super over or other official tie-breaking procedure applicable, bets will be settled as void unless specific rules for that competition state otherwise. Rain-affected matches settled by Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method will be settled according to the official adjusted result. Specific tournament rules take precedence over general cricket rules in the event of any conflict.

6 Casino & Games

6.1 Game Providers and Fairness

All casino games and slot titles offered on the li44 Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited for fairness. li44 does not modify game logic, payout percentages, or outcome algorithms. Each game's Return to Player (RTP) percentage is as published by the respective game provider.

6.2 Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from dedicated studio environments. Players acknowledge that live game sessions may be subject to network interruptions. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome of that round will be determined by the game provider's systems and will be final. li44 is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues on the Player's side.

6.3 Game Malfunction

In the event of a technical malfunction or error in any game, all affected bets may be declared void and stakes returned. li44 will investigate any reported malfunction and its decision regarding settlement will be final and binding. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a principle applied across all casino and slot games on the Platform.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and any other incentives issued by li44 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer at the time of issue. In all cases, the specific promotional terms take precedence over these general bonus conditions. Players are responsible for reading all applicable terms before opting into any promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer, all bonus funds credited to a Player's Account must be wagered a minimum of twenty (20) times the bonus amount before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain games — including but not limited to crash games, table games, and live casino — may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements as specified in the individual promotion terms.

7.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, all bonus funds expire thirty (30) days from the date of crediting. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining in a Player's Account after the expiry date will be removed automatically. li44 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of approaching bonus expiry, but it is ultimately the Player's responsibility to track and use their bonus funds within the applicable validity period.

7.4 Abuse of Promotions

li44 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, void bonus funds, and close the Account of any Player who is found to be abusing promotional offers. Abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to convert bonus funds to real money (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus abuse"), and any coordinated activity between Players to exploit promotional terms. Decisions regarding promotion abuse are made at li44's sole discretion and are final.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the li44 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform without human intervention.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting to facilitate any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion in any betting market.
• Using insider information not publicly available to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with any aspect of the Platform's technical infrastructure.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating an Account on behalf of any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Placing bets in a coordinated manner with other Players to exploit specific market conditions or to guarantee returns regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse).
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including professional commercial gambling operations without prior written agreement from li44.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing li44 support staff or other players through any communication channel.

Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, li44 will immediately suspend the Account, withhold all pending withdrawals, and investigate. Confirmed breaches will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities.

9 Responsible Gaming

li44 is firmly committed to the principles of responsible gaming. We believe that gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity and not a source of financial or personal distress. Players aged 21 and above are the only individuals permitted to access the Platform, and li44 actively employs the following responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when they have been active on the Platform for a specified period of time.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of an active session and net wagering activity during that session.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of their choosing, ranging from 24 hours to six months. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains active but no deposits or bets are possible.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling has become a problem may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

10 Privacy & Data

li44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement and forms an integral part of it. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. li44 employs 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and maintains strict data access controls to protect Player information from unauthorised access.

li44 will not sell, rent, or transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with authorised third-party service providers (including payment processors, identity verification services, and game providers) strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the li44 Platform — including but not limited to the li44 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of li44 or its respective licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation from li44. Any unauthorised use of li44 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, li44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

li44's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. li44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and shall not be liable for service outages caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including network failures, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events.

13 Termination

li44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of a material breach of this Agreement, fraudulent or suspicious activity, receipt of a court order or regulatory directive, or if li44 reasonably determines that continuing to provide services to the Player poses a risk to the Platform, other Players, or any third party.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary Account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the Account (after deduction of any outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used withdrawal method within five business days. li44 reserves the right to conduct a final KYC review before processing a closure withdrawal.

14 Amendments

li44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Material changes to the Terms and Conditions will be communicated to registered Players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

15 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly between the Player and li44 through the support process described below shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in the English language. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Bangladesh. li44 will always make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably through direct communication with the Player before initiating any formal dispute resolution process.
